WHAT IS PDP STANDS FOR?? PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT GOALS
THE IMPORTANCE OF PDP PDP help us to track our performance, setting our goals, and also know our achievement. Why is it importance? Because it help the people in Talent Management track our organization performance, know and solve our problem based on their analysis. They will know your needs for developing your self, and also they strive for developing the members to help them achieve their individual goals as well as to make them contribute towards the organizational goal
PDP IS A MUST It is a small act to help you developing your self in AIESEC. Cool right??

For example you will fill the PDP for April,
based on the month in quarter.
so open the "PDP Q1 Bandung" folder. And if you will fill the PDP for May,
Q1 : February, March, April
choose the PDP Q2 Bandung.
Q2 : May, June, July Q3 : August, September, October Q4 : November, December, January
Q in that folder stands for Quarter.

In this session you can ONLY fill the WHITE AREA and CHECKLIST SMALL BOX IN THE BLACK ONE
For MOS you can find out at bit.ly/FindOutMOS P.S : Only Team Leader or LCVP can access it, so if you are General Board.. ASK YOUR TL OR VP.

Here is how Development Goals Setting look like
Fill the GOALS based on bit.ly/competence-stack in those competence stack, they will determine you as : Level 1 : Staff Level 2 : TL Level 3 : EB
Fill your weekly plans to fulfill your MOS goals. For example, in this picture this member should fulfill HR in AIESEC Bandung. So, this member write the plan to fulfill that MoS.

MOS that you have done and your plan will automatically fill here, based on MOS and plan that you fill in the PDP SETTING section. So, you don't need to fill the MOS anymore
Remember at PDP setting we didn't fill the 'number' of we have done?? Those section will automatically fill after you fill the 'number' here.
You don't need to fill your action steps anymore because it automatically fills after you fill the action step on Development Goals Setting section
And for this one, you can ONLY FILL ONE AREA. Based on how many MOS that you have or you do in that month.

ONCE MORE BABE
You will find the observation section, TL evaluation, and Member evaluation
The one who can fill the Observation section is TL and EB only!! So if you are staff, ask your TL to fill it. Fill this section after the Staff and TL meet and talk about the staff's PDP. TL, write down your opinion about your staff's PDP here. Your opinion can be about their achievement, action plan, checklist, etc.
After member and TL talk about the member's PDP, TL can give the score of their evaluation. Based on their observation about this member in that month. And member can give their self evaluation score based on their perspective about their performance, goals, check list, action plan, etc.
DO THE SAME ACTION STEP EVERY MONTH It is not the end:)
