Team name : Name of your team Team stand : Tagline that memorable and descriptively sumps up Team values : Values that the team has Team purpose : The purpose of your team Team rules : Rules that already accepted to be implemented


so then what to do with a team? What is a PLAN? Members need to feel ownership of the goals and strategies The plan should contain Individual Action Plans (eg. PDP and PGS) Clear goals and timeline


Why do we have to make a PLAN?  To show the direction of the team  To build sense of belonging of the team  To build respect to do the job description

How to make a PLAN?  Discuss with all of your team member through BACKWARD Planning Process  Set a timeline (Deadline-Clear Goals-Strategy-PIC)


What kind of PLAN?  Personal Plan : - Personal Development Plan (PDP) - Personal Goal Setting (PGS)  Professional Plan: - Quarterly plan - Weekly plan


NOTE:  Team purpose, value and plan are made in the first meeting of the team, maximum one week after team created and must be recorded in Performance Appraisal  Team Planning must be alligned to entity planning and be broken down into personal JD of members in the team and should be measured by a clear MoS for each JD  Team planning should be evaluated through these activities: a. Weekly Team Meeting b. Monthly review c. Quarterly Team Days d. Quarterly Performance Review  Team plan, purpose and value can be adjusted in re-planning and should be alligned with the re-planning result of the entity
