PROGRAM INTRODUCTION LEAD program aims at developing leadership for interns through facilitating the inner and outer journey embedded in their internship in Croatia. Through the internship experience with AIESEC, interns will go through an inner and outer journey in order to develop their self-awareness, effective communication, social responsibility and being solution-oriented. After completing the internship, interns will be able to acknowledge their personal strengths and weaknesses as well as personal values and purposes in life. They will also be able to engage others with personal purpose and values and to communicate effectively and build up their own network.
