The MCEB Oikos is pleased to greet you and to encourage you to apply to LCP 2016 for AIESEC in El Salvador. We are looking for young people who are compromised with the organization and who want to make a change in their entities. A LCP is the person who works every day to maintain unity, commitment and ambition to the committee, it is certainly a challenging experience that not everyone decides to take, but we know that AIESEC El Salvador has members able to take this role, this challenge this great experience we know that professional help, and AIESEC persoal growth in El Salvador. You will never be 100% ready to take the role of LCP but we know that fear and uncertainty will not be an obstacle, we fully trust each member of AIESEC El Salvador to make a big impact. 1-Application: Applicants must complete the Application Package that contains: General information General and specific questionnaire Three endorsement letter (someone you led, someone who led you, co-worker) “Blank Paper Challenge� (something else that represents why you want to be an LCP in your committee) 2-Interviews: These will be held by: Current LCP in the committee you are applying for MCP AIESEC El Salvador 3-Nomination: To be elegible for the position, applicants must have at least 75% of the evaluation proccess: Application package ---- 40% Interview LCP ------------ 30% Interview MCP ----------- 30% The application needs to be filled in english.
