we have done in 2012. ILEAD 2013 is an annual conference for AIESECers, held by AIESEC Vietnam that provides skills and knowledge required for success in their personal and professional goal.
This year, our LC has achieved 4 awards: •The Best LC Performance in Quarter 3 •The Best Leader Award •The Best OGX Award •The Best iGIP Award Let this be our motivation to strive even more for excellence.

As we are about to enter a new term, many of us might still be baffled by our new enforced structure. Fear nor, IC has contacted our LCP – Ms. Mai Dang for the latest information of LC’s new structure.
Review LC HCMC structure in 2012:
•Not effective. •Members didn’t have much experience and few went exchange. •Each member only worked in his own function.
Why need to change?
•LCP cannot support EBs development and manage their performance well because there are too many members. •Ratio of members in X/supporters is inefficient. •No clear direction for AIESEC in Vietnam as a whole. •Members working in one function often don’t see the big picture of result of their work. •MC support to LCs is limited due to totally different structures in each LC. •Low cooperation within the EB team. •Low communication in the very big EB team. •JD of different members is not equal (some of them has to work much more than other functions) •Process oriented functions - lack of full ownership for the final result (e.g. BD raise a TN but ICX has to match it)

STRUCTURE Vision: AIESEC’s vision is Peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential. The way we achieve it. We also know how we do it – how we are striving to achieve our vision. The answer is – developing strong leadership through Experiantial Leadership Development. Members that go exchange is the strategy of AIESEC.
1. Which EB functions are essential and strategical:
Once again we have to agree that the EB is a decision making body. Their role is not only operational work but, most importantly, setting strategies of development for the LC, taking care of education and development of LC members, ensure that the LC resources are fully utilised in order to achieve organisational goals. Then we realise that the essential structure is:

Everyone who decides to join functional supporting team (TM, F, MAR&IM, ER) will understand the core of AIESEC because they all need to work in an exchange project beforehand ER
To sum up, in the next term, we will work mainly with project, not depending on the work of each functions. Members have a lot of chances to understand about AIESEC, including Leadership, Internship & Global Environment

Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 20)
Your approach towards your authorities and peers would be more amiable that there would be peace and harmony in your work place. Your team members might benefit from your assistance. Do not yield to any sort of temptation when it comes to financial and position gains in the job front.
