•Increasing virtual participation of members in OGX activities •Consultancy: Advice the MCVP on moral and motivation within the OGX area. •Engagement strategy: Plan and deliver an OGX engagement strategy that promotes the identity and sense of belonging, and bonding, within OGXers (members, NSTs, and MCVP). •Newsletter: Report results of actions in a positive manner that will encourage hard work. •Coaching: Coach and motivate LCs into achieving their exchange goals.

Consultancy: Contribute in every possible way to plan and improve the national strategy. Advice the MCVP OGX •Education: Plan national strategy with Body for sales, and deliver. Ensure that 100% of our LCPs, and OGX members are educated on sales process and customer flow •Sales campaign: Make sure our LCs are selling •Tracking: Create tools that help tracking sales and members’ satisfactions •Ensure LDM and LEAD is happening in exchanges and with OGXers.
