The purpose of the system is for young people to explore and develop their leadership poten6al, preparing them to make a posi6ve impact in any sphere they choose.
3 phases compose the system:
Engagement with AIESEC (EwA)
The Engage with AIESEC (EwA) phase exists to engage young people with the concept of leadership development and with our organiza6on.
Experiential Leadership Development (ELD)
The Experien 6 al Leadership Development (ELD) phase contains the authorized programs of the organiza6on that fulfill the defini6on of a program, meaning that they allow an inner and outer journey and develop one or more leadership quali 6 es of our Leadership development model. These programs are the primary impact of AIESEC and aim to develop leadership quali6es and capabili6es in young people.
Life Long Connection (LLC)
An alumnus of AIESEC, in general terms, is any person that has been part of one of the development programs of the organiza6on and voluntarily joins (formally or informally) the En6ty or Global Alumni Community. (Their na 6 onal recogni 6 on also depends on the regula6ons of the En6ty Alumni Associa6ons).
