As department who responsible to ensure the sustainable of the entity, these what finance and governance has just done. In the beginning of February, finance and governance department has updated the document from national as requirement for audit later and also did forecasting about what happen in one month ahead in terms of finance. In the end of month, finance has made a report of our current condition in past one month, We have lost a lot than get profit. As the conclusion our entity is not in a good condition, regarding there is big expenditure happen rather than revenue as well as in January (a lot of demands for operational and supplies for office and there is no significant income) . Therefore, we have a big amount of liabilities from MC Indonesia that needed to paid soon, if not there will be a consequences for our entity. If this cases happen for the following month, absolutely our entity will not sustain at all and it will affect our operational. Last but not least, Finance and governance department need your cooperation to make this entity sustain ahead. That's all from finance governance department report and have a nice day.

Why I keep taking higher role ? FIND MY PASSION To find our passion, it's actually depends on who we are or our experience. But for me, based on my experiences in AIESEC, it was not easy to find it because it needs 2 terms as LCVP to find my passion. It's need a process to put me out of my comfort zone, That time at the end of 1415 term after a lot of things happened, such a good thing finally I found what is actually my passion. I am passionate to lead people to develop in my society and create a sustainability positive impact.
UNDERSTAND MY LIFE GOAL I did not have a clear goal in my life, it used to be changed every time. But since I understand my passion, I can decide what goal that I need to achieve in my life. Such a pleasure to know my goal because it gives me a motivation and also my reason why I keep improving myself, take more opportunity and create impact to my society.
UNDERSTAND MY CORE VALUES After I found my passion, then it led me to understand myself more. I want to understand my core values, why ? because to understand it, will help me to take a decision, to understand what is important, and what to do in life. Right now, I have not found my core values because I still need a lot of experiences involving failure and success as well. I have no sufficient experience to find my core values, that's why I need to take bigger experience to find it.
REALIZE MY STRENGTH AND MY WEAKNESS During my journey to improve my self, I realized the importance to know my strength and weakness. Every single person has their own weakness and so do I. But I need to accept that, because I have a strength that I can focus to improve it. However, it's need a long time to realize my personal strength and weakness, I need more challenging experience before I can understand it. Now, I still figure out my others strength that I can improve especially to make me closer to achieve my goal.

My experience in AIESEC is a way to understand more and deeper about myself. Understand my passion, my values, my life goals, my strength and weakness. It's not easy, but once I know and understand about my self, I am not satisfy

and can't stop to take bigger opportunity obviously to challenge and improve my self more and even more. If someone ask me, "Did I ever regret to be an LCVP during 2 terms ?" Then, my answer is "No", it was my journey to understand my self.
Must Taste These Food Thailand – Koman Kai Koman Kai means rice with chicken. The rice is boiled with chicken soup and chicken slice as its topping. While the chicken is served in different way as well, it can be boiled or fried chicken depend on your liking. I prefer with the chicken boiled because the texture tasted more soft than the chicken crispy. Furqan - Exchange Participant, Winter 2015
Romania - Clătite A dessert form Romania you must taste is Clătite. It is a crepes filled with something sweet like jam, that you could find it everywhre such as in restaurant or any food court. This picture was a Clătite in one of restaurant there, but they also provide Clătite in my camp when I was in exchange journey. Ruli – Exchange Participant, Summer 2015
South Korea - Bibimbap Bibimbap from South Korea are served in hot stone pot called dolsot with a raw egg on top with at least five different colour of toppings on the rice. The first time I tasted, it was weird because everything were served in raw so you still can feel the raw taste of the topings and the egg yolk. The vegetables are still crunchy too. But after you mix all the topings, egg yolk and gochujang everything will blend and taste delicious. May – Exchange Participant , Winter 2015
When You Go Exchange Turkey – Çiğborek Çiğborek is a traditional Turkish Cuisine that only found in Eskişehir so you will not find it in other city in Turkey. İt's salty, it's made of wheat but kinds of turkish spices put inside. It's served with ketchup. Nice! We have to stand in line to taste it! And after enjoyed your Çiğborek, stand up and leave your seat since others are already waiting. Ridwan – Exchange Participant, winter 2015
India – Dal Makhani Dal Makhani is eaten roll bread and soup like Kari (Indonesian food) with slice cheese on top called Paneer. You could see Dal Makhani being served in marriages, engagements, and almost in any parties in India. Herdarina – Exchange Participant, winter 2015
China - Youtiao Youtiao is also known as Chinese oil stick or Chinese cruller is a traditional Chinese snack especially for breakfast time. It is made with basic dough for youtiao. The dough for youtiao is quite similar with the dough for mantou. I like to eat Youtiao with another food to mix with. Rachmi – Excahange Participant, Summer 2015

More than 90.000 youth has already voiced on the Youth Speak platform and those have been heard and are considering all around the world.
However, 90.000 is nothing comparing to 3,5 billion voices that can be heard. But for these voices to be heard, you need to speak up. So, are you speaking up ? bit.ly/suarakuntukIndonesia
