AIESEC’s Global Talent Exchange Program is an effective way for you to access international talent for your organization and take them on as trainees. Depending on your needs, the internships last between 218 months in which the trainee has the space to grow, learn and share knowledge as they to handle specific short term projects or work within a team on long term strategies. You get access to the talent you need, while giving Kenyan students the opportunity to get international work experience abroad as well!
