JOB DESCRIPTION ER team member Role The team member is responsible for building, maintaining, following up partnerships ensuring financial sustainability of the local Committee, the growth of the exchanges and the local projects Time commitment ~ 3-4 hours a week


Job Functions and Responsibilities: Processes management: – – – – – – – – – –

Represent AIESEC externally Market research and database about new possible partners Build out new relationships with institutions and companies Responsible for continuous documentation of institutions, companies in database Participating at networking events Responsible for widening the network of partners Responsible for arranging negotiations with partners Responsible for following up partnerships Continuous communication and contact with the partners Measurement and evaluation of partnerships ( pre, middle and post)
