Dear brave candidate, first of all, let me congratulate you for your decision to apply for the position of Local Committee President of AIESEC in Nitra for the term 17/18. LCP position is a position like no other. It is the most powerful experience in our organisation.You can make the direct impact on your committe and you will have the power to influence your Executive Board, as well as every single member in your committee. It is not said for nothing that local committee is a reflection of its LCP. I will not lie and say that it is easy. It is not. There will be times that you will do not know how to decide or how to react and you will feel lost. But you have decided for some reasons to apply and if you will always remember these reasons and you will decide according to them, you will know, that you are doing right. Remember, you will be never alone in this position. You will be as well part of Board of Presidents who will go through the same journey as you will. The following year may take you a lot. But in the end, when you look back, you will not regret this decision and you will see that although you sacrificed a lot, the LCP position gave you sooo much more. Personally and professionally. Do not be afraid of this decision. Because we only regret things we haven´t done. I wish you the best of luck during election process and amazing LCP term. Because the following year in some way will be the turning point in you life and also in lives of people you will lead. This application should enable you to introduce yourself and to write down your vision, strategies and your desired legacy for the term. DDL is 28‐10‐2016, 20:00 CET Please, attach to questionnaire: - Endorsement letters - min. 2 and max. 4 (min. 2 of them need to be from fullmembers of AIESEC in Nitra). Do not forget to have them signed. - Blank paper challenge, in which you need to answer following question: What is your vision for your upcoming term? Please write 2-3 strategies how you want to achieve this vision, with 2-3 particular action steps for each strategy and measurable outcomes (MoS). - Link to the video in which you answer following questions: 1) What is your motivation for LCP position? 2) How do you imagine JD of LCP on daily basis? 3) Why are you the most suitable person for this position? 4) How can you as an LCP help the whole entity to grow? Video should have min. 3 and max. 5 minutes. Election process: All detailed information about exact day of election will be provided one week in advance. Applicant has 10 minutes for speech at the beginning of elections, followed by round of questions and final speech for 1 minute. All parts of the application must be in English. You can change the design of the application, but you cannot change the content of the questions. Application which will not be consisting of all parts will not be accepted.

What are the particular activities you would like to run with this body?
LOCAL DIRECTION 1) How do you want to lead your LC in a way that AIESEC in your region is accessible to everyone everywhere, growing disruptively and shaping what we do around what the world needs? 2) How do you envision operations of your LC in 2020? What needs to happen in your term so you come closer to this vision? 3) How do you imagine a structure of your EB team? (Ideal state)
