Specific Questions (choose by area) B2C 1. Create content of posts for AIESEC Nitra FB fanpage for one week. During this week there is recruitment of new members running. (Content = number and type of posts with specific time scheduled) 2. Create PR event for promotion of GIP internships. Your aim is to attract students in this program. Choose your target group and come up with content, date and place of the event. (Content = topic and flow of the event) B2B 1. Create a promo material (poster, picture, GIF,...) which you will use for promoting Educate Slovakia between potential trainees. 2. Imagine situation in which we do not have money for to cover accomodation for trainees and we need to attract 5 host families from Nitra. How would you find and attract those families? CXo 1. About B2C (Business to Customer) & positions B2B (Business to Business) These two areas cover promotion of our programs. Particularly it contains ofine promotion (infostands, classhouts, events); online promotion (creating promo materials, work with social media and website) and communication (media, communication with EPs) Main difference between them is, that B2C is doing stuff for students (students are customers in this case) and B2B is doing stuff for organizations (schools and companies are customers in this case)

CXo - Customers Experience Organizations This area contains push strategy implementation which means selling our projects to organiziations (in NItra currently to schools and kindergartens) and ensuring value delivery which means getting trainees for projects, taking care of their experience and satisfaction and also taking care of satisfaction of organizations.
TLD + Coor CXo - cooperation with your LCVP CXo - communication with schools/kindergartens (calls, meetings, follow ups) - matching trainees for a project - ensuring LEAD and S&S delivery - helping LCVP CXo with IPS - communication with host families - coordination of buddies and communication with them
CXs - Customer Experience Students This area is responsible for EPs from the moment of their registration until their return from internships. Includes IWs, buddy system, OPS, RIS and all the help EPS will need.
TLD CXs - cooperation with your LCVP CXs - matching EPs - proper organization of IWs - following the customer ow - assistance with organizing OPS and RIS (Outgoing Preparation Seminar and Re-Integration Seminar) - responsibility for all EPs of your members in EXPA

Finance This area is responsible for the sustainability of the LC. It supports and advises on the financial sustainability of the LC, manages the financial processes in order to support the growth of the organizations and research possible investment that can support the growth of the organization.
Coor FIN - cooperation with LCVP FIN - searching for grants - collecting the necessary information for obtaining grants - communication with the necessary areas - legislation (creation of official documents from MC) - updating a database aimed at finding funds to obtain a 2% tax - updating databases sponsors and co-operation with sponsors, - accounting
Talent Management This area is final responsible for ensuring a healthy and productive membership base in order to support the growth in performance of LC and whole entity.
Coor TM - cooperation with your LCVP TM - create and organize LC teambuildings - comunication with members of LC - helping with organizing Local conferences - working on implementation of Education cycle for members
