WELCOME We want to welcome you to AIESEC San Marcos in Peru, we hope this is the beginning of the best Experiences you had. For this 2015 we dream can deliver as much leadership opportunities within and outside Peru, because YOU are a key element to achieve impact in the country and the world. This year will be intense, will be full of new costums, new words, new friends and why not? a new family; therefore we want to start preparing to give you always the best all the time. Lima is a beautiful city Is the capital and the largest city of Peru. Lima's architecture is characterized by a mix of styles. Examples of early colonial architecture include the Monastery of San Francisco, the Cathedral of Lima and the Torre Tagle Palace. These constructions are generally influenced by the Spanish Baroque. The society and culture is strongly influenced by European, Andean, African and Asian culture, Lima is a melting pot of cultures due to colonization, immigration, and indigenous influences. Lima has developed a tourism industry, characterized by its historic center, archeological sites, nightlife, museums, art galleries, festivals, and traditions. Lima is home to restaurants and bars where local and international cuisine is served
Is one of the most important and respected higher-education institutions in Peru. Is the oldest University in America (1551). San Marcos has 60 academic-professional schools, organized into 20 faculties. The student body consists of over 30,000 undergraduate The university has also a number of public institutions under its government such as the San Marcos Cultural Center and the Museum of Natural History of Lima. San Marcos is also recognized for the quality of its curricular contents, and a competitive admission process

PROJECTS S-MANAGEMENT
"S-Management" seeks to develop a diagnostic administrative organizations from different sectors in order to create proposals for the solution of different weaknesses found in the respective organization. The project is carried out in different areas according to the needs of the NGO / entity and seeks to bring specific and innovative knowledge through universities from different countries.
The objective is to strengthen the organization of NGOs and generate action plans fundraising / sponsorhip for meeting objectives positive impact on society
RAISE YOUR VOICE
Raise Your Voice is an educational project in Peru since 2013, Search internalize in young criteria esteem, achievement, development and motivation directly so you can eradicate bullying
The objective is to reduce bullying through a global environment potencialice the strengths of young people driven by self-confidence, teamwork and leadership
LEARN AND LIVE
Learn & Live sought through the implementation of the language program AIESEC full support to the various entities that promote learning, improvement and practice a second language, such as English, in the Peruvian population, mainly young children and students. The objective is under the model of AIESEC learning environments allow interaction of students and practitioners of AIESEC, to develop global competency model focusing on learning, improvement and practice a second language in the population, mainly English.
ECOCHANGE
In ECOCHANGE project is strengthening environmental awareness searches local and global level, promoting good environmental practices to youth students, through teaching, discussion and various activities, focus on the internalization of objective indicators seventh millennium The objetive is to raise awareness of young people about the importance of developing practices environmentally sustainable through a global learning environment Construction activities of agents of change
CULTURAL DISCOVER Plan and execute lessons of English, Portuguese, French or German. Prepare activities related to intern’s culture, involving, necessarily, the participation of students; Display elements connected to the intern’s country culture like food, music, photos, dance, etc. Set strategies to increase the involvement of our students with the project's activities and help them make real progress in their learning process. Organize and plan a final event in the end of the internship. Write a report about the work done in the project in order to evaluate the work done and the improvements achieved and submit a video talking about how was the internship in general. The intern will have to participate in different activities of the Local Committee like Global Village. The intern must bring a flag and objects representing his country
