LEADERS OUT IN THE WORLD An initiative of AIESEC in El Salvador and our biggest national project for the current year. LOITW consists of a two-day cultural forum held on a national level that attempts to create and awaken the interest to go on an intership abroad amongst Salvadoran youth, promoting at the same time our exchange programs, Global Citizen and Global Talent. It's expected to count with the assistance of up to 400 university students from all over the country. The forum is divided into several sessions about culture, global mindset and information about our internships. A global village is also included to show other countries' culture.

Climate: tropical climate, with pronounced wet and dry seasons. Temperatures show little seasonal change.

SAFETY: Altough El Salvador is somewhat known for being a dangerous place, do not believe everything you hear in the news! As in almost every country, we have particular parts of our cities where it would be really unwise to wander around in, but these are not parts that you would have any need to go to. Common sense and some guidance from your trainee buddy, and you will be totally fine! So don't worry and come check our country out!
