Expense Summary

Talking about Income will not be completed without knowing the Expense. We devide the expense into 3 kinds: Committee Fees, Operational Fees, and Other Expenses. We paid the National Fee for Q4 in the end of December and also we get the invoice for paying Organization Development Fund that will be paid in the beginning of January. Then the most operational expense is for Local Conference subsidize.

Investment Summary

In December, we invest for 4 projects, which are Family Gathering (ER BD’s Event), Local Committee Conference 2 (TM’s Project), WIFU (iGCDP’s Project), and ILEA (IGIP’s Project). The RoI we hope from them are #of delegates attendance, Talent Review, #of net income, Conversion rate based on TMP/TLP Flow, new member and parent engagement, completed database.

Q2

UPDATE

Income-Expense Summary

From the graph, in November we have more expenses than incomes, because we have to pay LC Exchange Management fee, beside of daily operational expense, for October to Member Committee (MC) while in that time the most income from oGCDP. It didnt mean if the other program didnt work at that time, because in October and December it supports for financial LC also.

Income

Summary Program Income 60000000 40000000

Program Income

IGCDP OGCDP OGIP

IGIP

ER BD

From the graph, the most contribution for LC’s cash is from oGCDP. They have potential market in Riau. So next, we plan to invest them again to promote exchange in there. Then followed by iGIP, oGIP, and iGCDP. For iGCDP and oGIP we can see how they support finance if the projects already done. Because their project is still running now.
