HAI AIESEC ?! Thank you so much for all member of AIESEC in Universitas Andalas for your effort that you have given all this time. You have sacrificed your time, money and power to be here. Without you this local entity would be nothing. There are a lot of positive impact that you have given to the society through your activity in AIESEC. Project that we presented to society had run well. These all happened because of your leadership, your potential and your effort that you put into them. We wish what you want to gain while you stay in AIESEC would be achieved. We want your leadership would be developed more and you’ll become someone better that standing on the same line with the successful figures.

Saturday, April 6, 2019 Media Partnership from PR department just broadcasted on Pesona Radio 105 FM located at Lubuk Begalung, Padang.


Radio ! It's your Time. It was amazing! The speakers are Exchange Participants from Sawasdee Project 2019 in Thailand, namely, Getryn Icewinda, Dinda Resifa, Septiani Alfania, and also Shinta Syafira. The atmosphere during broadcasting was even more exciting with the announcer from the Pesona Radio 105 FM , Ilham Rein. The topic of the session is the experience of Exchange Participants during their project.

LCC 22 LCC Local Committee Conference 2 was held at Edotel SMK 6 Padang on 27-28 April 2019.

This conference aim for enlarging the knowledge of AIESEC member, emphasize the vision of AIESEC to AIESEC member, built the awareness of member about their entity, and also boost their performance for achieving AIESEC goals.


LCC 22 LCC The theme of the this LCC 2 is Nature Republic. This theme refers to Earth Day.

To support Earth Day and built the awareness of AIESEC member about their attention of earth current condition.

Exchanger Update Update Exchanger IGV GCP : - Fast to follow up EP. - Good process time. BCP : - Lack of preparation for the whole projects because still looking for IR. - Immigration issues. Strength: 1. Good tracking EP : Every EP who applied, they were contacted directly and well tracked. 2. Fast process time : Accepted by host didn't need somedays to announce the EP. 3. IGV members collaboration : IGV member can handle preparation so well for the whole projects such as TN/OP Taker, partners, timeline and proposals.


Exchanger Update Update Exchanger Weakness: 1. Lack of attraction : Booklet still used the previous one and posters. 2. Lack of EP approved : Convention rate from Open until Approve is not relevant. Opportunity: 1. IR Partnership : Vietnam and Malaysia promotes our projects so well so their EPs applied regularly. Threat: 1. OC fulfillment : IGV prepare from the beginning the whole projects and back up the OCs. 2. Lack of EP Approved from IR Partnership (Malaysia) : Convention rates from Accept to Approve is not relevant with the EP from IR Partner who applied in the projects.


Exchanger Update Update Exchanger Bottleneck: 1. OC fulfillment : IGV prepare from the beginning the whole projects and back up the OCs. Solve : Synergies with TM and other supportive department. 2. Lack of EP Approved from IR Partnership (Malaysia) : Convention rates from accept to approve is not relevant with the EP from IR Partner who applied in the projects. Solve : Good in tracking and maintaining relationship.

GCP : Good in delivering and giving education to EP. BCP : One EP break approved because of health issue. Strength : Fast respon to EP need : Fast respon to fulfill everything that EP need such as supporting document for their passport, visa, etc and also giving them education and information about something that they dont understand. Weakness : Lack synergy with ERBD and PR : Because of this lack of synergy we got some problem to boost our performance for physical marketing activity in other university and the maximalization of sharing profit with BEM/HIMA/UKM.


Exchanger Update Update Exchanger Threat : Applicant financial issue : Because global volunteer is a self-funded program the thing that usually make applicant hesitate to go on is their financial condition. Opportunity : 1. IXP : Opportunity from MC, giving discount for exchange fee Rp1.000.000 (India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, MoC), Rp450.000 (other country). 2. MBC Hackaton : biggest matching mania with six country. Bottleneck : Financial issue. Solve : We can't do much about this because its regarding applicant financial condition. Some of them want to save money first, so they can go in winter.


Exchanger Update Update Exchanger Things to : - Start : Boost Synergy with other department especially ERBD and PR. - Stop : Procastinating. - Continue : 路 Utilize Project Bank. 路 Fast respond to EP needs. 路 Follow up EP faster. 路 Delivering good Induction and EP mentor utilization.


Exchanger Update Update Exchanger OGT GCP : - Clear recruitment process and induction. - EP contract implementation. - Maintain IR. - Maintain EP in realization. - Maintain applicants. BCP : Strength : 1. EP contract implementation : The applicant should be match in one oppurtunity in 3 months and only can be extended by one month. This contract makes applicants more eager to apply in the opportunities because they have a limit time. 2. Maintain EP in realization : Track the EP by chat and call to ensure the quality of their experience. 3. Maintain IR : Maintain the relationship with the host entity by offer them our stock (EP) and ask their available opportunities directly to fasten the matching process.


Exchanger Update Update Exchanger 4. Physical attraction activities : Open booth in engineering faculty. More people know that AIESEC has internship program. 5. Applicant Hangout : To ensure the development of applicant's applications physically. Weakness : Physical attraction activity : The physical attraction activity already in the targeted market (the faculty) but at that time, the strangers were not the targeted market. Threat : Some applicants still in Open status : Some of applicants still not applying in the opportunities because of personal reasons so it takes time to convert them from Open to Apply status.


Exchanger Update Update Exchanger Opportunity : Some AIESECers join in Global Talent Program : Our senior member and alumnae join GT program and it is boost our applications number. Bottleneck : Some applicants still in Open status : Some of applicants still not applying in the opportunities because of personal reasons so it takes time to convert them from Open to Apply status. Solve : Keep tracking and remainding them about the contract.
