Feel at ease with our support A Safe living conditions. Life and health insurance is mandatory for taking part in AIESEC. You will get information about accommodation and basic living costs.
A Clear job description. We accompany you to the workplace on the first day, ensure your job description and goals are clear, and working hours/duration align to the initial description.

THE ADMINISTRATION FEE? All Global Talent opportunities have been created by startups overseas partnering with AIESEC to enable young people from across the world to challenge themselves. After you’ve been accepted* with the company, you need to pay the administration fee for IDR 4.000.000,00 to AIESEC. *you only have to pay if you got accepted.

As a member of the Site Engineering Department in Penzberg, you will be a part of an expanding team in charge of the project management of pharmaceutical and site infrastructure projects. The department is responsible for the management of complex investment projects and portfolio cost and schedule reporting for 50+ projects.
We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our project team. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the project manager. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to nontechnical users.

When do the internships start? There are projects all year long. Still, most of the projects are open during the summer (June-August) and winter (December-March) vacations In our Opportunities Portal, you can check the dates of each project.

What are the requirements to be able to enroll in a Global Talent Internship? 1. Between 18 and 30 years old. 2. Last year students and graduates. 3. Areas of Marketing, Business, Finance and IT. 4. B2 English Level (Those who have the necessary fluency to communicate without effort with native speakers) What is the salary of the internship? The salary provided is according the to the living costs of each country. The salary will be enough to cover accommodation, food and transportation within the city. Is insurance covered? It is not provided by the company, you will need to buy a travel insurance from the partner of AIESEC in Indonesia. aiesec.or.id/gogetit | 18
When do I have to pay the program’s fee? You will have to pay the fee after you are accepted to your opportunity by the company, You are needed to pay the administration fee to get yourself approved.. We advise you to get in touch with your Local Committee to get more information about the details of the payment.
FAQ
Does the fee I pay to AIESEC include transportation to the country of destination? No. The fee includes several services to support your leadership journey such as the Outgoing Preparation Seminar, documents supports, among others. You are the one responsible to cover the costs of flight, visa (if needed), health insurance and others. In most of the cases. Can I have a certificate about my experience? Once you have finished your internship, AIESEC will provide you a certificate that states your participation in that project or internship for that certain period of time.
