LUSINETTA KORMON CCP WACS 2018 For me is an honour that you opned this booklet and that you will read the few lines that i have to tell you. What i keep realizing recently is that no matter from how short or long you are in AIESEC there would not be a conference similar to each other, because conference are made by people. The people taht organize them but more important the people that attend them. So i strongly encourage you to attend every conference that you are able to . To change yourseld but also to change people around you .

ABOUT WACS The West African Connecting Seminar (WACS) is the largest sub-regional conference of integration and collaboration of AIESEC in West and Central Africa. This Conference brings together 11 countries (Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Senegal, Togo, Cape Verde, Ghana, Gabon, Cameroon and Liberia ) that AIESEC is present in, for the purpose of capacity building, networking and forming partnerships between member countries that enables cross cultural exchanges within the sub region in the aim of enabling and grooming youth leaders who will contribute to the development of our countries. The Conference would be for 4 days and would feature diverse activities, core training sessions, group workshops, global village and lots more. For the second time in 5 years, Liberia is hosting the West Africa Connecting Seminar. We ďŹ rst hosted the Conference in 2013 where we brought over 100+ young people to Liberia including the Global President of AIESEC International. This year we are planning to make it bigger! We are planning to host 400+ youths from across West Africa in Liberia for 5 days.

WORLD LARGEST LESSON The World’s Largest Lesson brings the Global Goals to children all over the world, reaching over 130 countries and millions of children since its launch in September 2015. We produce free and creative resources for educators to teach lessons, run projects and stimulate action in support of the Goals. At the heart of our resources sit animated films written by Sir Ken Robinson, animated by Aardman and introduced by figures students know and respect, like Emma Watson, Serena Williams, Malala Yousafzai, Kolo Touré, Neymar Jr, Hrithik Roshan and Nancy Ajram. These films establish a context for the Goals and inspire students to use their creative powers to support and take action for them. We operate under a non-commercial creative commons licence and encourage you to share it widely. October 12
