We act in a way that is sustainable for our organization and society, taking into account the needs of future generations.

AIESEC’s operations are entirely managed by students, enabling young people to gain valuable skills and competencies in a practical way.

Taking Responsibility

Students involved in AIESEC develop management, entrepreneurial and leadership skills by taking responsibility over projects and leading teams in various functional areas.

Leadership Role

Our innovative development process allows students to practice their soft skills - team management, public speaking, cross-cultural communication, time management, training and facilitation.

Exchange

By interacting with international interns and participating in the Global Internship Program themselves, students become more culturally sensitive and socially responsible.

Heading for the Future

In the final stage of the process, students prepare to enter the workforce as young professionals using the skills, competencies and networks gained throughout their AIESEC experience. Our international platform enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential, ultimately having a positive impact on society.
