Entrepreneur Incubator The Entrepreneur Incubator is a solution of great importance to the American economy.

The purpose of the Entrepreneur Incubator (Ei) is to provide a workspace for our most talented young and old Entrepreneurʼs. The Ei will allow these special individuals to find ways to model the practical and profitable potential of a new idea even before the invention or creative works exists. The purpose of a Model Shop in days gone bye was to build a mock up or prototype of the creative work. The Ei Domus Room will provide the similar mock up or prototype of the creative work with the use of modular graphical representations of the work. This is similar to the Legoʼs that you use as a child. The Entrepreneur will use the innovative Domus Room to present their idea for discussion prior to expensive funding and engineering effort. The Ei Management Team will work with the Entrepreneur to formulate the potential of the creative work, prior to funding.

The Entrepreneurʼs Creative Work will be “protected” via a NDA style agreement with the Ei Management Team and the Entrepreneur Incubator.

The Entrepreneurʼs Creative Work will be funded on a Milestone MicroCap Investment agreed to prior to any commencement of work. The possibility of secondary investment rounds will be subject to the Entrepreneur Incubator BOD approval. Time and money are of the essence. No Milestone MicroCap Investment funds may be used to repay previous investors of the Entrepreneurʼs Creative Work without Ei BOD approval. gkraft @ Feb 2010
