What’s the biggest thing that has changed in HVAC&R since you started working in it? Licensing. The introduction of other trades into air conditioning especially.

Best on-the-job advice you ever received: From my uncle. Never try to be the fastest. Learn to do especially pipework correctly, then you can build your speed up. What’s the happiest a client has been with your work? Probably the last one I attended to before Christmas in a heatwave or on Christmas Day! Dream car: Ford XA Falcon Phase IV. Dream holiday: Argentina.

Favourite smoko snack: Pie and sauce and a can of Coke.

What did you listen to on the way to work today? Believe it or not, classical music in my old age.
