Boats up to 40' are $125/wk or $400/mo, 40'-60' is $150/wk and $500/mo, 60' and up is $200/wk and $600/mo. Must stay the week or month to get these rates. This includes free wifi (we upgraded our internet system) and daily shower tokens. We have our freshwater heated pool completed. We also have our marina store approved and are selling snacks, drinks, shirts, hats and ice. Our Lizard Bar & Grill opened the end of June and our tennis courts will begin construction in mid to late fall (once it cools off a bit).
We currently have a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house (Yellowfin) and The Dog House, 2/1 bath house on Black Sound with private dock available. They are renting for $2800/wk and $2000/wk. Yellowfin is an inland house but it comes with a dock slip at our marina. Make your reservations by November 1st and receive 10% off your weekly or monthly dockage (sorry offer does not apply to daily transient boats).
