This house has a design concept from the traditional Tambi house typical of Central Sulawesi which is implemented in the shape of the roof and the elevation of the house which is slightly raised. The triangular roof shape is the hallmark of the Tambi traditional house. The implementation of this philosophy is also found in this building where the orientation of this building faces north, in accordance with the philosophy that exists in Tambi's house.
