were inspired from Contemporary Style which represents youthfulness and oasis with chic details.

Gold is used as an accent colour and since white bringing all the colours together and creating positive space.

Bold emerald, luxurious gold and the never out of style black combination makes a very fun , chic yet sophisticated.

This combination will surely add glamour to the interiors. Though black and emerald both are dark colours, the right amount of white and grey will get the perfect balance to the space.

In Hospitality project, furniture layout of the standard bedroom and its wall elevations were designed.

Inspiration- All elements were inspired from Colonial design style and further blended with Contemporary touch. This brings sophistication with a very relaxing as well as dramatic environment.

In this standard bedroom, the foyer has tropical wallpaper with plant sketches and zebra hides.

A full length mirror in the foyer depicts the vital motif of Bengal’s Colonial design- (in the shaped of a fish)

Shiftingdetails.

As soon as we enter there is artwork portraying a little girl in the lavender field. This provides a relaxing vibe to the visitors.

from old laws of design, there is a oval shaped window providing the outside view of the hotel and during night it draws the shade with an app.

An translucent glass partition of 8mm separates the bathroom and bed region.

A working desk is also provided with railing

VISUALISATON-

3D STANDARD BEDROOM

In suite room, furniture layout, wall elevations and 3D conception were designed.

Color pallet- Shades of Blue and Orange

were inspired from Colonial design style and further blended with Contemporary touch. This concept of cool and warm is still in style and perfectly balances with any neutral coloured flooring.

The suite room is designed with a open dining area, an intimate working space, large bedroom with circular bed, sauna and washroom with walk in closet zone, balcony facing the courtyard and open living space with rotatable TV unit against the partition wall. These all deliver a boho chic style to the interior with contemporary furniture and décor items.

Silver is used as an accent colour on every metallic details.

This complementary combination will surely add allure to the interiors. Here mostly various shades of blue and orange are incorporated, the right amount of white and white vinyl tile flooring will get the perfect balance to the space.

Color pallet Emerald green, sage and Yellow ochre for the restaurant, Powder blue and Crimson red for the family bar area.

FrenchTheme and Bengali Juxtaposed with power of Inspirationcolours-

The space for specialty restaurant was inspired from food habits, cuisines and Renaissance architectural further elements of Bengal. The contemporary design brings intricacy of the state’s environment.

In Hospitality project, the restaurant and family bar are conceptualized with two levels- Ground and Mezzanine.

In the project Retail Store Design, a specialty retail store with free-flow layout was designed for senior citizens.

• At the end of the journey we can find the trial rooms, alteration zone, store room and washroom.

FURNITURE LAYOUT PLAN

• The check-out desk is placed at the center of the plan and separated by a partition wall behind.

• Just beside the siting zone there is product on sale display.

• Sitting area behind the west sided window display.

Entrance/Exit Access: South facing

• Behind the billing section a Cruise collection display is designed.

• Similarly, in the east, travelling accessories and recreational products displays were designed.

• On the west side we can reach the mens’ and women’s section.

Road: 40’ wide in the south; 20’ wide in the east

Total carpet area: 1780 sq. ft

Location: Jalandhar, Punjab

• Two window displays on both sides of the entrance and a baggage counter near just the door.

Tile type: anti-skid and glare-free tiles

Two Separate floorings are designed to separate the display zones and trial room, alteration counter, store room and washroom region

Tile shape: hexagonal, six sided star, rectangular

Tile colour: beige, steel grey, space grey

• There are clerestory windows under the ceiling.

• The sheet is enclosed within with geometric Moorish boundary.

Ceiling height: 13 ft above display areas; 10.6 ft above the functional zone

• Barisol PVC stretched sheet ceiling with backlit array LED panel.

A Small personal space has been redesigned in the bay window of the bedroom. This was a space designed for a writer or who loves writing. So, that the fresh air can get into the room and he/she gets the amazing view outside and enjoying in writing.

Client Rajasthani family dwelling in Jalandhar, Punjab Requirements-

• Separate gym area, home theatre and bar; terrace garden.

In the project Residence Design, floor plans of three storied residence and its wall elevations were designed.

KITCHENDESIGN

The closed kitchen is designed at the ground level. Kitchen has black Scandivian design theme with warm golden countertop slab and grey flooring.

The master bedroom is designed at the ground level. Bedroom is having teal rustic look with white laminated finish on shelves and grey flooring.

The family bar is designed at the attic level. The bar has antique theme with onyx backlit counter top which attracts the eye of the viewer.

The writing table is designed with Acacia, Poplar wood and 8mm MDF.

Material Details

Ergonomics- The writing has been designed on the basis of organizational ergonomics. It prevents devices like chargers, earphones, notepads to get cluttered on the table top and also has a flip flop which hides the different compartments below it.

Ergonomics- The shoe storage has been designed on the basis of organizational ergonomics. It prevents shoes to get cluttered in the floor and also has a stackable shoe bench and mirror to visualize the overall outfit.

The shoe storage is designed with both foldable and stackable facilities.

Inspiration- The chair design has been inspired from ‘tortoise’ .

Dimension- The furniture occupies an area of 3 feet by 3 feet and having siting height of 1 feet from the floor.

Design Well, as it is mentioned that it got the shape inspired from tortoise. Basically, it has been designed in hexagonal geometric shape. The legs are not typically made in the animal’s form. The circular cut outs are in the shapes found on the shell of tortoise. The upholstery has traditional and tribal embroidery ‘Phulkari’ and ‘Kotpad’

TORTUCA is the name given to this chair. The chair is particularly designed for commercial places like cafes, boutique shops and so on.

T O R T U C A

CHAIR DESIGN

Materials- Teak wood is used for the body and soft wood for arms and backrest. Cotton fabric is used for upholstery and finally walnut stainer for coating.

Procedure- Firstly wood blocks were cut and shaped for different purposes. After this grinding and smoothening were done for better finish. Joineries were made to fix the blocks with each other. The circular rim was burnt to get a rustic look. Finally, the furniture was stained and polished.

Other three members in making

Joineries and fixing details Lap joint, meter joint, tenon mortise joint and dowel joints are used to build up this furniture. Later, for extra strength different parts are adjoined with fevicol and resin.

Physical. The lamp shades are designed to hold the lights invertedly, so that light falls directly on the surface. It is also having compartment for holding mobile phone. The shade above the mobile space is smaller than the base for easy access in visual and hand movementsgetting the phone from there.
