The Capital city of Belgium is Brussels,the main places are Antwerp, Ghent, Liege, Bastogne, and Brugge. There are two different regions and they speak three different languages. In the north there is the region Flanders and in the south the region Wallonia.
If you are on a trip to Brussels you have to stop and eat some Gentse Waterzooi the most famous dish in a Belgium. Gentse Waterzooi is chicken with potatoes and potato sauce. They sometimes put a little bit of vegetables on the top.
In Belgium they speak three different languages, In the north (Flanders)they speak Flemish. In the South(wallonia)the speak French and close to the German border They speak either German or English A very multicultural country!
The Ardennes are a group of mountains located at the south of Belgium in Wallonia .They form Belgium's “green lung�. The Caves of Han-sur-Lesse are one of the most famous attractions in Belgium. You will be treated to some of the most fascinating experiences as you go underground on a four kilometre trip on a hundred year old tram. The caverns that lie beneath the community are amazing.

Palace of Prince Bishops Built 15th century to celebrate the return of Prince Bishops. The Palace houses both the provincial government and the law court. Saint Pauls Cathedral Founded in the 10th century as well. It is part of the seven colligate churches and its to be known as the main cathedral in Brussels. The Collegiate Church of Saint Bartholomew Founded outside the city walls in the 11th century, the church underwent modifications throughout the centuries. It is one of the seven original Collegiate churches of Liège and features many various works of art
The present leader of the federal government of Belgium is Guy Verhofstadt. He is the prime minister.
Belgium has a monarchy; King Albert II is at the top. He is not involved in the running of the country.

ACID RAIN Due to lots of urban areas and the transportation network there is lots of air pollution. Mainly the harmful air ingredient is sulphur-dioxide and/or nitrogen-oxide. This falls down with the rain and makes the acid levels too high. This damages the natural environment.
Belgium is the center of Europe and its population is very multicultural. People move to Belgium: because it has a very good quality of life to study for work
