The relative location is that it is north of Baltic Sea ,it is west of Germany, it is south west of Czech republic, south of Slovakia, east of Ukraine and Belorussia.


The capital of Poland is Warsaw. there are many regions in Poland but 5 of the most popular places are: Kraków, Wrocław, Gdański, Poznań, and Warsaw.

The Tatras Caves - they found 771 caves with a length about 124 km! Some of the caves are small tectonic caves. The Tatras mountains is a mountain range that divides Poland from Slovakia. The Tatras are 750 km squared The Vistula river is the longest and most important river in Poland. It is 1047 km in length, it empties out on the Baltic sea.

Sobieszewo Island: The Island is about 34 km sq. To the north is Gdańsk Bay and to the south is the branch of the Vistula River called the Lenikwa River. It has a population of 3,570! They built a bridge to connect the island to the main land.

The Poland currency is the Polish Złoty The language they speak in Poland is Polish Poland food, Flaki ,Bigos,Macowiec, and Szawotke. Szawotke is a cake that has flour, apple, and Sugar. Bigos! Look down!





Poland's environmental situation has improved since the communist government left. Because of World War II lots of forests were destroyed and cut down. Poland lost about 1.6 million hectares (4 million acres) of forestland. They are still trying to make them back


Why do People Move to Poland? They move to Poland because of their work or to get a job and live a good life. They also move to Poland for safety.

They move out of Poland because people can’t get enough jobs.
