It is advisable to consult a spine surgeon if you have been diagnosed with this condition. 3. Spinal stenosis: - Spinal stenosis occurs when the spinal canal becomes narrow. This adds pressure on your spine and nerves. As a result, your legs and shoulders will start to feel numb. Physical therapy and exercise is the most crucial component of a spinal stenosis treatment. It is very important to seek treatment from qualified specialists, as the spine is a vital and delicate organ and there is no room for any risks.
