The aim of this work lies in the illustration of socialist and post socialist Tirana where both utopia and reality were compromised to co-exist with us in the city. It is crucial for the time being to admit that the city is experiencing the afterlife of socialist-scape without any strategy, thus underlining the need to built one up for near future developments.
