Hey Lady Lake, Get Fit with Too Your Health Spa V

Fred and Kari Schweitz, owners of Too Your Health Spa, have been in the fitness business for 37 years. This month, they’re opening their newest health spa to get the community of Lady Lake in its best shape ever.

The doors of the new 16,000-squarefoot facility will open in the middle of January, and the spa will be open 24/7 from then on. It will include a full schedule of fitness classes like Zumba, yoga, Pilates, spinning, aquacise, group power, bootcamp and more held in a large aerobics room. Members can enjoy the 60-foot heated pool, infrared sauna and whirlpool for post-workout recovery. They can play on the three regulation racquetball courts or watch a match through the viewing windows.

Personal trainers will be available to those who’d like one-on-one coaching during their workout. Seasoned athletes will love Too Your Health Spa V as well—it will have the most complete free weight room in the area.

And for the kids? Swimming lessons in the 60-foot heated swimming pool will be offered. Free babysitting is available on-site. And although all that may sound pricey, Fred makes sure his members get the best prices possible.

“In the 37 years I’ve been in business, I have physically built and managed each location. By keeping my costs in line, I’ve been able to pass on the savings to our members, so we’re providing the most affordable, most reasonable health program, including amenities. I feel personally responsible to provide a facility that’s reasonably priced to everyone so they can take care of their No. 1 responsibility: themselves,” Fred says.

Just as important as all the equipment and perks is the atmosphere.

“We want people to connect—walking in the doors, being greeted by people who care about them, having people present to address their needs and making them feel like they’re members,” Fred explains.

His wife, Kari, will be the manager of the new location. Fred says she strives to improve members’ experiences and ensure they’re getting the results they want.

Fred and Kari would like to extend an invitation to every member of the Lady Lake community who would like to focus on their well-being.

“In the 37 years we’ve been in business, we’ve always felt a sense of commitment to make a difference in the community and we want to continue that same satisfaction. We open our doors to people that would enjoy a friendly environment and a variety of amenities to make their life better.”

Two new members can join together for $99 each at any of the original facilities. Investors interested in owning part of the franchise and have a passion for building community health should contact Fred and Kari Schweitz at (352) 286-6771
