Curried coconut chicken in a crockpot
A perfect meal made in one pot. → DIFFICULTY: EASY | SERVES: 4
INGREDIENTS
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
14½ ounces coconut milk
½ TEASPOON salt
½ TEASPOON pepper
2 TEASPOONS curry powder
½ TEASPOON ground ginger
Instructions
1. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker.
2. In a small bowl, mix together coconut milk, salt, pepper, curry powder, and ginger. Pour over chicken in slow cooker.
3. Cook on low for 6 hours.
