Back by popular demand, I take great pleasure and excitement in introducing you to Healthy Living’s second annual “Top 20 Most Influential People in Health and Wellness.”

In June, we published a call for nominations and asked our readers to visit our website to select individuals who inspired them. It could be your doctor, fitness trainer, nutritionist, or any person who influenced you or others to live a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle. It appears there are many people in our community who are inspiring others because we received hundreds of nominations. Therefore, we narrowed the field by selecting the top 20 people who received the most nominations.

The next step was to have readers vote on who they thought was the most influential person and offer that person the opportunity to be featured on the cover to represent the top 20. Our voting methodology was to post the top 20 on our Facebook page and have our followers “like” the person they felt was the best. Again, we received a tremendous response.

The results are in, and I gladly present to you the best of the best in the field of health and wellness. Congratulations to you all. And, special congratulations go to Dr. Richard Bosshardt for your overwhelming influence on our community.
