The strongest nylon on the water. The industry uses maximum 840 denier, but we doubled that.
Thickest PVC possible (12% thicker than standard) with the best elasticity.
Our nylon is double the denier compared to other single person towables and we have used thicker pvc.
On top of our professional zipper we added a laced closing system. This takes away the tension on the zipper.
Additional reinforcement on critical areas.
1000 denier slick bottom material for less friction on the water. An extra layer of 840D Nylon is added to increase strength.

This 4 person towable is the fastest rental tube in the Jobe range. The cover is twice as thick (strong) compared to standard towables and is manufactured out of 1680 Denier Nylon. We have double reinforced the area under the handles and under the towpoint, normally these parts are only single reinforced. Furthermore we also divided the pressure at the towpoint over a larger area which prevents the cover from tearing. The bottom is made out of Tarpaulin material (1680D Nylon covered with PVC) which makes it fast and creates less resistance. An additional layer at the bottom makes this towable even stronger. All suits have a clear marking inside the suit to specify the thickness, what are the front and the back and size markings on both shoulders.
Our 5/5/3 suits have glued and blind stitched seams. No water comes in through the seams, which makes watersports in the early or late season more comfortable.
We added tape in critical areas on the inside of the suit. This prevents the seams from opening up.
