TECH OFFICE Alchemy is defined as the act of transforming something ordinary into something remarkable. The overall design for this office space is inspired by the company's strong identity of finding the optimal balance between practicality and design, resulting in the perfect "ALCHEMY." The aim and the concept of this office design stemmed from the necessity to incorporate the company's principles of innovation and functionality into the interiors while keeping in mind the tropical climate. This space aims to be designed combining a variety of raw building, construction and vernacular materials.

MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING THAT MANUFACTURES ITS OWN CONTENT AND SUPPORTS ITS LOCAL ECONOMY. In recent years it has become increasingly difficult to afford living comfortably and sustain smaller urban industries in London. Both problems are interconnected and have their roots in the housing crises, gentrification and dexline in industrial production. The motivation behind this project is to create an architectural solution that seeks to use these trends for benefit of society, rather than trying to reverse them. The project is located in the Manor House Warehouse District, a former urban industry hub which has become mostly residential and is undergoing major cultural and political changes. This thesis is researching and speculating on how a building might help local residents create a lasting footprint and stem the tide of gentrification. The result is the design of a structure that integrates affordable and comfortable accommodation with a flexible workshop and retail space.$$
NYATI UNITREE Vitaan is a beautiful courtyard residence that caters to a threegeneration business family. The house's primary entry is a shaded balcony floating above a water body that greets visitors and residents with joyous water fountains. A path leads from the deck to the floating temple. There is a lotus pond in front of the house. The semi-covered deck leads into the main home, passing by a lovely front lawn sitting on the verandah. The pink sandstone residence is planned around a central courtyard with a semi-covered private swimming pool. The interior and outside of the house are designed to catch views of the vibrant landscape.
6th Floor
The design successfully caters to the brief by its seamless solution of total project including architecture, interior and landscape. The entire office gets accommodated on total top four floors of the building while keeping the lower floors for future expansion.
8th Floor
Office achieves efficient lighting which sums up to 1 Watt per Sq. ft
Interiors are laid to link various departmental division through a central hub as an interactive zone.
Comfortable ergonomics, visual connectivity and sufficient storage system are part of each workstation.
The interactive zone caters to receive and direct the visitors and employees through common areas consisting of lounges, open cafeteria, exhibition wall and meeting rooms.

MADHUBAN Taking inspiration from biophillic design, Madhhuban is more than just bringing the outside in. It's about natural light, views of nature, greens, spiritually, healing, natural colors, materials, textures, and patterns. It's about making and strengthening the inherent human connection with different aspects of nature.

CONTAINER SPA RETREAT Shipping container architecture is a form of architecture using steel intermodal containers as structural element. It is also referred to as Cargotecture. The use of containers as a building material has grown in popularity over the past several years due to their inherent strength, wide availability, and relatively low expense. Homes have also been built with containers because they are seen as more ecofriendly than traditional building interior plan. Concept statement. Contemporary Balinese style is known as one of the most popular Asian tropical architecture, due largely to the growth of the tourism industry in Bali that has created demand for Balinese style houses, cottages,, villas and hotels. Contemporary Balinese architecture combines traditional aesthetic principles, island's abundance of natural materials, famous artistry and craftsmanship of its people.
INSTALLATION DESIGN For this project I was inspired by literature and how writers describe objects, I was fascinated by the process of visualisation and how it is individual to each reader, or how often there is a gap between how we picture a scene and somebody else might realise it after watching the film. I wanted to create a space for a three-dimensional description for different objects. The main idea was to be able to read a space like a book. I started with repeating just the names of the objects to create a general shape, with a view to adding adjectives or stories of description later on in the process. I wanted to make this a very interactive space for readers as well as general public.
CHAIR DESIGN The objective of this project is to understand the basic joineries used to design any furniture. The idea behind this design is to explore form and shape, achieving durability, comfortability, functionality while keeping its beauty intact. The material used here is Solid wood.
