Forever young is a world with a life altering discovery and the disparity it creates. It is the epitome of ageism. The story breaks down humankind’s obsession with youthfulness through a groundbreaking de-aging product made from rabbit feces. Our satirical tale talks about the disparity this discovery creates between the consumer and the worker. It throws light on how we as a specie have come to defy a natural process i.e aging.

Merde Dor - “Golden poop” in French is the brand name for the product line created in Forever Young. The name derives its meaning from the fact that kelp fed rabbit feces is synthesised for making a very expensive and precious de-aging product. The brand showcases the exclusivity of the product. The concept for the art is represented through the idea of “farm to face”.

CHAMBER FILM
The aim of this Chamber film is to dissect, discern and understand a specific director in the film industry by documenting their narrative tropes, sound, cinematic mood, compositional techniques, lighting devices and sequencing. Kalo is a short film inspired from the works of Director Wong Kar-wai. The story is about a young woman who practices vodoo. It is set in a crowded town amidst the bustling streets of West Bengal and portrays a deeply saturated undertone.

Biohacking is a subculture that refers to the use of science and technology to optimize and improve human biology, often with the goal of enhancing physical and mental performance. For centuries, people have worked on cracking their own bodily systems. This project aims at throwing light on those very experimentations. “When art meets biohacking” is a major theme of this designed space a.k.a the Biohacker’s den.

MACHINE LEARNING
Creating a procedural landscape using machine learning. Compiling latent interpolation datasets by generating datasets of four existing terrains. Result : Creating a latent landscape which is the combination of four chosen landscapes which is then animated through the use of vegetation and height maps in Runway ML and rendered in Octane Render.

MARGAINSTITUE OF BUDDHIST STUDIES AND TIBETAN ART, SPIRITUAL AND CULTURAL CENTRE (IBTASCC)
This project takes its inspiration from the Buddhist architecture across monasteries in Tibet and India. With each region having a varying set of beliefs and styles, the MARGA brings together these nuances in a manner which adopts the teachings of buddhism by combining various arts practised in parts of Tibet and India, pali text, societal practise, and the cultural aspects of Buddhism.
