CONCEPET STATEMNT The design followed through by manifesting itself into an organic entity, almost like a little children's village. Rather than exemplifying the typology of an academic quadrangle, the school functions as an arrangement of clusters that are strung together around different 'Pods' of interaction.

Why this case

The Jubilee School was established in honor of the Kingdom's celebration of the silver jubilee of His Majesty King Hussein Bin Talal, may God bless him and grant him peace. It is the first specialized school to teach gifted and talented students in the Arab region. It provides a different teaching experience for outstanding students to prepare future leaders. They possess scientific, life and personal skills capable of serving the nation, coping with the challenges of the age and preserving their heritage and cultural heritage.

This school is characterized by the system of separating males and females in the classroom, although it is mixed in an effortless way to deal with the design and take into account the first grades

The spaces were distributed around an inner courtyard and arranged by a square structural frame. The spaces are divided according to their relationship with each other functionally, as we find that in each section its classrooms, rooms, services, laboratories and teachers' rooms are connected directly and form an integral unit. The different parts and units of the building are connected to the corridor, which acts as a link to the entire project.


The architect used the stone in its state of nature, not treated with engraving. He also took care of the organic relationship between the stone and the architecture, and integrated it with the nature around it.
