What do you love most about your job?

I love my job at AEC, but more importantly I love the humble welcoming people I work with every day.

Where did you go to school?

I will graduate from Arab High School in May 2023.

Tell us about your family.

My parents are Nathan & Amanda Williams of Union Grove. I have one sister (Baylee Williams).

What are your hobbies past & present?

My hobbies are football. I enjoy working and hanging out with my family and friends.

What do you plan to do after you retire?

I plan to become a Lineman at Arab Electric. After I retire from AEC, I would like to spend time with family and travel the world.

Who has inspired you the most in doing your job?

My dad has worked as a groundman my whole life. He has inspired me the most by serving his community & helping others. Wayne Mahathey has shown me first-hand what it’s like to put others first. They have inspired me to work as a team member and serve the community every chance I get.
