To receive the billing credits:

• Have a Cullman EC online account? Log in, click “Account Management” and choose paperless billing.

• Scan the QR Code to complete an online request form

• Call 256-737-3200 during regular business hours

(Monday-Friday; 7:30 am- 4pm)

Billing that does not include a Cullman EC electric membership account (EX: water only, heat pump loan) is not eligible for a $5 paperless billing credit. $5 bill credit is for new participants only. Members receiving the $5 bill credit must remain on paperless for 12 consecutive months or be subject to a one-time $5 charge. Limit one $50 bill credit per year for quarterly drawing winners.
