It is very important for you to let MDEC know if you have recently changed your contact information.
One of our main priorities is to provide reliable electricity to you, our members. In doing that, we constantly are looking at ways to upgrade or maintain our system to prevent extended power outages. Upgrades can be planned and it is our goal to contact every member that will be affected during a planned outage. If your contact information has changed and we have not been notified, then we can not effectively communicate with you.

Start today and save money by being aware of how many kilowatt hours you are using daily. Manage your account to send you alerts when your usage is high.
