• The national philanthropy of Pi Beta Phi is Links to Literacy. • Alabama Beta works constantly with local elementary schools and the Tuscaloosa Boys and Girls club to tutor and mentor students in reading. • Each week members go to Holt Elementary and read with the third grade students, giving them necessary one-onone attention and help with their reading skills. • Our philanthropy is unique in that we get the opportunity to be hands on and see the results of their effort each week
