Every cruise features an all-American menu prepared by the fi nest chefs to complement the season and region guests are cruising. All special dietary needs are handled with precision and care. Meals are prepared to order and served in an open-seated dining room where every table offers panoramic views of the passing scenery. Many ships also offer outdoor casual cafés.
