What is the maximum number of guests allowed in a villa?

The maximum allowed will be indicated in the villa details. A good rule of thumb to use is two guests per bedroom. Additional bedding at surplus charges are available at select villas upon request.

Are villas shared with other guests?

Villas are never shared with other guests. Some villas offer tiered pricing. For example, you can pay a 3-bedroom rate for a 5-bedroom villa. In this scenario, the unused bedrooms will remain inaccessible for the duration of their stay. Some guests can share common resort or community amenities such as a pool or tennis court.

Are all villas child or pet friendly?

Not all villas are child or pet friendly. Pets are generally not accepted unless otherwise noted, and requests are by request. For children, some villas are not appropriate (they are located in dangerous terrain, or the bedrooms only have exterior access).

What is included in the price that we provide the clients with?

When quoting villa itineraries, the price provided to clients are an allinclusive price that includes everything once they are in destination, i.e. transfers, tours, cost of the villa, additional staff, gratuity, etc. International/Domestic flights are typically not included –unless a charter transfer from one island to another is quoted, i.e. from St Maarten to St. Barts.

Is food included in the rental?

While some villas may offer a complimentary continental breakfast, the rest of the meals and drinks are not included in the villa rental price. Guests will always have the option to pre-stock their villa with food and drinks or hire a
