Beauty Hacks That Every Bride Should Know

HACK #1: SET YOUR LIPSTICK Exfoliate before applying the lipstick.Once you wash off the lip scrub, take a little bit of concealer or foundation on a sponge and dab it onto your lips. With a base to cling onto, the lipstick will stay on your mouth for a longer time. After your base is prepped, apply your lipstick as you normally would. Be sure blot your lips with a clean piece of tissue paper, and then sprinkle your a small amount of translucent powder on your mouth.
HACK #2: USE NUDE EYELINER Nude Eyeliner helps to brightening your eyes and create the illusions that your eyes are bigger and more awake. The same affect can be accomplished with white eyeliner, but the muted nude shade will appear more natural and less cartoon-like.
HACK #3: USE A CONCEALER BRUSH TO REMOVE SMUDGES Arguably one of the most frustrating things is when you apply your makeup perfectly, but then you end up smudging your mascara. Your first instinct may be to wipe the smudge away with your finger…DON’T. It will only make the smudge worse, and ruin all of your hard work.Instead of using your finger try using a small concealer brush. Dip your brush into liquid makeup remover, and gently erase the smudge with light little strokes.
HACK #4: PLUMP YOUR LIPS NATURALLY Lip fillers and glosses aren’t the only ways to achieve plumped lips. Rather than going that route, dip a small detail brush into some highlighter and apply it to your upper lip and the middle of your bottom lip. You will be surprised at what an illusion this little trick can create!
HACK #5: GET FULLER LOOKING LASHES If you are looking to get fuller looking lashes, start by curling your lashes. This will open your eyes up and make them seem larger. You will then want to apply mascara to both your upper and lower lashes. Pay a little extra attention to your outer lashes as they will help give you a fuller look. Once your mascara is dry, press the mascara brush against the roots of your upper lashes. Doing this will add extra volume, but still give you a natural look.
