MIRAFLORES FLAT

Re-design of an existing flat, to enhance maximum storage capacity and space utility, in addition to height modification in its bathroom to give natural ventilation and illumination. Atemporal contemporary pieces were used throughout the flat, following a warm palette with earth tones.

Roof height re-adjustment was proposed as the bathroom had no natural ventilation nor illumination. This was a possibility as the apartment is located in the top floor of the building, and no structure was above.

A cold colour palette with subtle neutral touches was chosen to carry on the clean feeling of the other spaces.
