Design Studio I Single Family Housing Casa para un musico Instructor: Arq. Carlos Xavier Alvarez 2011 The concept of the house meets two conditions. The owner had a music studio and two rooms for rent for students in the house. So it was decided to design three different entrances: The main entrance,one for the studio and other one for the student dormitories. This was done to ensure more privacy between the inhabitants of the house. The garden was fundamental prant for the design process.

Design Studio IV Urban Planning: Multinodal Bus Station Instructor: Arq. Marcela Gonzalez 2012 The project starts from a urban analysis,by which it was decided The suitable place to place the station. 3 projects were worked simultaneously: a bridge,a sports complex and a station. The 3 projects are attached,wherein the station connects to the bridge through a secondary bridge which ends in a ramp system They wraps the whole station.

Dario Camisay 2012 This project is located next to Marco plaza in the center of the City,in which there is an abundance of commerce and offices. In the site it was found a diagonal formed by the movement of people circulating From the subway to the office,thats how it comes to the concept of a solid through 6 walls,thus being able to cross without getting into the project

Rigoberto Almaguer In Collaboration with: Miguel Guzman, Daniel Gonzalez, Rogelio Almaguer 2012 The straight relationshi p of the Villa Soldati with the site of the project,as an primary extension of its social area,requires of a solution taken from the habitaional complex itself, with a real respect and improvement of the public space, reason for with in our project theprivate program is suspended, because interrupting the park would fragment the way of being in the place; a spatial conquest this towers rise in the lanscape where other activities are developed and sports are being contemplated,which are taking place in the bottom zone where the sports are lived and the nature in a diffuse space, two worlds apart in two different levels but joined in site.

Integrated Project I: Catedra Blanca ITESM Masterplan Alameda and Arramberri Market Urban Regeneration and Public Space Instructor: Arq. Agustin Landa, Arq. David Benitez, Arq. Roberto Romero 2013 The master plan is intended to unify the existing public spaces by the pedestrianization of streets. It was decided to remove buildings and relocate them to thereby generate two new public squares, in one there is a market,replacing the old, and the other consists of of shops and living areas.
