NEWS Edition 2 – March 2021
Healthy Food At Pathways Participants in our Pathways program are improving their culinary skills. Each week the program’s students and staff join together to cook a dish to be enjoyed over lunch and written up student cooking journals. Term 1 featured dishes easily prepared at home. Our most recent dish was Egg Fried Rice, which each student and teacher adjusted to their own tastes, adding their own combinations of healthy ingredients. It was incredibly popular. Just the thing for lunch.
