Activities This project was full of practical exercises, meetings with entrepreneurs and officials of the state of Armenia. During the entire duration of the project, the participants learned how to work with SWOT analysis, the CANVAS business model, PROBLEM TREE ANALYSIS, manage campaigns on social networks, listen and express their thoughts in front of a large number of people. Participants learned to work in a team and create their own products and services. The experience gained during the project has already yielded results after its completion. They also received information about the capabilities of the ERASMUS + programme, the importance of YOUTHPASS and KEY COMPETENCES, and now they can apply the information received in practice.

What participants think about the project KATHARINA HERZOG With money:care, we are creating a broker app that enables private investors to consciously invest in companies that have a positive impact on our society. The specific design of the app allows customers to invest in socially and environmentally responsible topics through savings plans and to keep an eye on the development of their portfolio and their impact. Our vision is to democratize impact investing: On the one hand, participation in the capital market is strengthened so that investing becomes more inclusive. On the other hand, it aligns financial security and retirement planning with the values of a generation fighting against the consequences of climate change and for the reduction of inequalities. We are empowering a young generation to drive positive change through their conscious investing, and we are helping to increase the value of sustainably managed companies compared to conventional companies. The program “Entrepreneurship for YOU-th”, funded by Erasmus+ and organized by Copernicus Berlin e.V., helped us to get in touch with other young people and further enhance our idea. During the program we were able to better understand other young people’s needs and benefit from their inputs. Through the expertise of invited guest speakers, we were able to further develop our idea leaning on theoretic business models and to make new contacts in the entrepreneurship scene. Due to the program’s diversity among participants, we did not only get the chance to benefit from their perspectives, but also to get to know new friends from many European countries.
DMYTRO TOMENKO It was a nice opportunity to meet many like-minded, open, and enthusiastic people from all over the world. Every time I attend similar initiatives, I realize that people are really the best part of any project. Moreover, if the accommodation conditions and the host country contribute to spending more time together - it creates a lot of unforgettable moments and impressions. P A G E

What participants think about the project ANASTASIJA MUREVICA I had the opportunity to take part in the Erasmus+ project Empowering Entrepreneurship for you-th, which took place in the capital of Armenia - Yerevan from May 30 to June 10, 2021. During this project, we developed our business ideas. It was useful to absolutely everyone. For example, I already had a business idea - a vacation spot and relaxing place in Latgale. Thanks to a well-thought-out lesson plan, we were able to study all the pros and cons of this idea, set goals and objectives, and understand what is needed for implementation. The work was carried out by international teams, where every time during the brainstorm we tried to finalize our business plan. Speaking of me, the project was a great start and a push for my business idea. During the classes, pages created on social networks, and thanks to this, there are already interested clients. I would very much like to take part in a similar project again, because it helps young people to realize themselves.
DAVIT DONERIANI After 1,5 year of COVID-19 pandemic situation and full lockdown this project was my first project outside of home city, country – where it was a very good chance to meet youngsters from different countries, cultures and
interests,
discuss
with
them
about
entrepreneurship – compare methods of starting youth entrepreneurship in Georgia and other countries – it was a chance to find common and differences between needs and opportunities of youngsters from different countries, but at the same time – of the same age. Of course, during project we have many activities, meetings with local entrepreneurs, mix cultures during cultural evenings, interests and of course – work in groups. What give this project to me? – new experience, new ideas, new contacts and chances to start own entrepreneurial project in Georgia.
