CONCEPT DEFINITION

It’s an hybrid service and space which takes care of collecting discarded raw materials from Sesto San Giovanni local markets and nearby areas; the raw materials are then transported to its space in MilanoSesto, in order to transform them into innovative, zero-waste and ever-changing cocktails and dishes, offering a new and alternative experience of aperitivo.
