I was born in a small town in the south of Italy near the Amalfi coast. I studied architecture in Naples where I graduated in 2018 with a master’s degree thesis about the digitalization of traditional construction processes. Hard worker (alone or in a team), creative and constant, I’m always focused on what I do. I literally love architectu-
re, from the design of the shape to the smallest detail, from the small scale to the big one. Over the years, through personal projects, I have deeply studied the themes of architectural design and its representation. I continue to study, day by day, to improve myself. Not to get something specific, but because I love what I do.

01 museum for the a. city
Proposal for a new Museum for the ancient city of Matera, Basilicata(IT). The idea is to realize a fragmentated building to search a dialogue with the old city center, trying to give an urban characther to the project. The concept of the museum is to create a continous expositive space, from the entrance to the exit, an unique path, an architectural promenade that follow the exposition accompanying the visitors 5

Project for a public middle school, inserted in a public park in Nocera Superiore,IT. The idea is to create a building usable beyond school time, by the local community for afternoon activities, giving tham a new aggregation

point. For this reason, the functions are separated and the building is constructed with a cellular structure based on the module of the single classroom, organized around a green patio

03 paper hill pavillion
The project is about a temporary pavillion inserted into the municipal villa of Naples. The shape of the pavillion is related to the expositive space and to the green roof, designed to create continuity with the context The expositive space is thought like a continuous path around a central court. The building has a structure in paper columns and reticoular beams. The external finishings are made in wood 13

06 vele student house
The project is a proposal for the redevelopment of “Le Vele in Scampia(NA). The idea is to give back to the use one of the most problematic building of the city, acting on the interior spaces, changing the intended use and tran-

sforming the exterior skin. The function proposed for the re-use is a student-house located on the top of the buildig, using the lower part for start-up company, co-working space and commercial space

28
the core of the project is the space between the old building blocks. Constructed differently from how they were designed, the main problem was the complete absence of light in the lower part. This criticism is taken as a design element, which leads to the idea of creating a new space that connects the two old blocks in a single element and which also becomes a support plane for a hanging garden for the new studenthouse 29

The project is a recovery urban plan of a an ex-industrial area of Napoli-est. By providing a mix of functions (residential, educational, commercial and productive), the idea is to create a strong urban sign, a large public road( boule-

08 not centring vaults
This work stems from the will to study and develop the traditional construction techniques of vaults realized without centring. Technique, developed mainly in the Nubia region , rediscovered in the twentieth cen-
37
tury by Hassan Fathy and developed by Fabrizio Carola. The goal is to create, through the tools of computational design, an algorithm to control the constructive process. Literally teaching to the computer how to be a builder
the instrument used in this technique is a “compassmade with three main parameters: height, eccentricity, arm; and two kinematics: revolution and rotation. These define the shape

DIGITALIZATION
CONSTRUCTION
the most important part of the work is the translation of the iterative construction process in a digital way. This is done using the loop structures, in which the constructive rules are described in a geometrical way. 39
CONSTRUCTION RULES first condition : curve lenght
second condition : choose of the brick T1
T2
reading of the curve lenght (crv T1 or crvT2)
choose of the couple of bricks, to realize the optimal discretization
third condition : check
fourth condition : exit condition

close of the ring creating a non-standard brick

OUTPUT bricks layers

41
after parametrization, the next step is to create a new instrument adding a new kinematic to realize new types of shapes with a free plan
definition of the base curve and of compass maximum arm
42
find the equal distance for each point of the curve
interpolate the points to achieve a path for the compass
introducing other kinematics, and partly mechanizing the instrument, we can create a voult with free plan and section

House, variation on theme “We started from the house, from its archetype. A simple and instinctive choice, as a recognizable sign, cultural gesture, anthropological necessity. We reasoned on its possible variations. How much the shape could be manipulated without losing its image?..” info : Exposition at “Futuro remoto”, Napoli, 2017 [cultural festival about science e new technologies]

Re(House) Jazzi, call for ideas Participation at the Jazzi contest about the redevelopment of the Licusati landscape inside the Cilento park. With the idea of pun ctual action, the proposal is a catalog of 20 variations on the theme of the house (cross h, a shelter h, mirador h) to built through self-construction practices, involving local people

Colla lab Technical partner in the “colla lab” project. A project focused on the themes of Co-design, self-construction and prototyping developed together with the students of B.Croce of Vitulazio secondary school. The students have designed small “devices” to insert in their city and usable for the local community

Q_SET Q_set is a personal research on architecture, its representation and knowledge. Born with the idea of using the drawing, not only as an element of communication, but also [above all] as an “instrument of knowledge and un-
derstanding of reality”. A tool that can be used to make yours ideas and shapes from other people, filtered by your own personality. Q_set is Drawings/ Thinking/Unintentional taste accumulation about Architecture
