Global Campaign Activation

Overview and Role AECOM's annual Global Safety Week is a chance to reenergize the company's commitment to safety and unify 90,000 employees to a shared purpose. In the past, each geography created their own campaign strategies and schedules. I was challenged to break silos, align messaging and drive a common plan. Through early coordination, I helped eliminated redundant work and drove bigger impact.

Overview and Role AECOM's annual Sustainability and Safety Reports are marketing tools aimed to build reputation and attract potential new hires and clients. Building the reports requires extensive project management, coordination with experts across the globe and attention to detail. The report also suffered from low engagement marks from previous years, and needed a fresh approach to the report's traditional "look and feel."
