Brief Following a refusal and dismissal at appeal, HRP were appointed to rethink the site and generate a design which maximised the sites potential. Through careful design consideration the project received a unanimous approval at committee in Oct 2017 and began on site in March 2018.

Brief Reuse of a redundant WW2 Bunker and water reservoir into a family home centered around an external courtyard allowing natural light into the depths of the internal spaces. The project received planning in 2016 and the client is currently looking to raise funds to build.

Brief Creation of 700 new homes on allocated land boasting panoramic sea views. Undulating terrain meant for creation of large park areas with areas of the site varying in density. Due to proximity to cliff edge the houses had to be set back to allow for deterioration of the cliff over time.

Brief Working with both the LPA and consultants to provide a contemporary solution to a greenfield site. Risk of flooding became a constraint that only allowed half the site to be occupied, creating a large public park to be of benefit for future residents.
